Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each patient's biopsychosocial needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at resolving symptoms and improving functioning.

• Provide effective psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic techniques based on clinical appropriateness and patient needs.

• Engage in collaborative care planning with psychiatry and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring comprehensive and integrated support for patients.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights regarding the management of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, serving as either a primary therapist or co-facilitator, which provides patients the opportunity to share experiences and learn coping strategies in a safe environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
