Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and personal interviews to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document detailed clinical records to track client progress and adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all information is up to date and securely maintained within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies and collaborate on best practices, continually refining approach through shared insights.

• Engage in professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health research and therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon is essential.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical counseling setting is preferred.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
