Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Behavioral Mental Health & Wellness PC, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique needs and develop personalized therapy strategies.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, incorporating diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and updates to optimize treatment plans.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
