Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults presenting with low acuity issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management, and grief. By working exclusively with this demographic, you can provide specialized care in a supportive environment free from the complexities of severe mental health cases or children, enabling you to make a significant impact in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Full Independent LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Oregon.

• Reliable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted telehealth services.

• Proficient with technology, including the use of a PC or laptop (tablets are not compatible) to access the platform’s services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend and can access the platform's services as a client at no cost while actively counseling.
