Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings to assess client progress, stability, and treatment needs, including appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans that center on client goals, preferences, and progress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation for each client, ensuring accurate progress notes and updates are recorded in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments for new clients, evaluating their mental health needs and establishing a foundation for treatment.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n
