Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to the specific needs of clients, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines governing practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care, ensuring holistic treatment through effective communication and integrated approaches.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current on the latest developments in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our focus extends to common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a PCA, your role will be critical in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, improve their emotional well-being, and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years’ experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Comfort with clinical documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to uphold efficiency and compliance.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or substance use counseling is highly preferred.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a strong therapeutic rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing technology, including telehealth platforms, to enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with a performance bonus structure.
