Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Presbyterian Health Center, you will:

• Provide personalized one-on-one therapy, helping clients articulate their thoughts and feelings while developing effective coping strategies tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress using evidence-based assessment tools and client feedback, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

Your primary focus will be on young adults who are grappling with a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients facing mood or anxiety disorders in outpatient or residential settings.

• Strong collaborative spirit, committed to working within a team to enhance client experiences and outcomes.
\n
• Expertise in therapeutic modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth services or those familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be given preference. Additionally, proficiency in bilingual counseling, particularly Spanish, is a plus that enhances our commitment to inclusivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
