Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize our telehealth platform to conduct video sessions, send audio messages, and engage in client communications through interactive online tools such as journals and worksheets.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be exclusively on adults who are stable and experience low-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and more. Through our meticulous screening process, you will be working with clients better suited for teletherapy, ensuring a better therapeutic experience for both the counselor and the patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid, full Independent LPCC license, allowing you to provide unsupervised professional counseling in Oregon.

• A dependable internet connection and a working computer (PC or laptop, tablets are not permitted) for delivering telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, as is familiarity with digital therapy tools. We seek therapists who are comfortable using technology to engage with clients and those who possess a background in treating adults with various psychological challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Advocate Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000 per year for full-time counselors. In addition to the salary, you will receive a monthly healthcare stipend. We also provide complimentary access to our platform’s services for personal usage, as long as you maintain your active role within our counseling team.
