Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address challenges, schedule follow-ups, and determine discharge readiness when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine client eligibility for services and appropriate treatment strategies.

• Carry out weekly individual counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support client growth.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and reflect on therapeutic practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to deliver coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a varied demographic, including adults, children, and families from the Gresham community and surrounding areas. You will engage with clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, ensuring that each individual feels heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for documentation and client management, including RMS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, including performing intake assessments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
