This role will predominantly be performed in a virtual setting, offering flexibility while still encouraging teamwork through regular video conferences and telehealth appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ biopsychosocial needs to identify individual challenges and strengths.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to each patient's unique therapeutic journey, with a focus on promoting symptom resolution and enhancing overall functioning.

• Provide evidence-based therapies to patients through individual, family, couple, and group sessions, ensuring that each intervention aligns with clinical appropriateness.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care and engage in program planning and quality improvement initiatives.

• Serve as both primary therapist and co-therapist in group therapy settings, participating actively in group dynamics and providing insights to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and train in ongoing professional development to provide the best mental health support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and age backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. Our patient focus extends to those requiring support for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relational conflicts. By employing a person-centered approach, our LPCs empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon, or eligibility for licensure.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of legal and ethical standards guiding professional counseling practice.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with a wide range of clients and healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
