Our remote structure allows for flexibility while fostering a strong sense of community amongst our team members. While the role is primarily remote, you will engage actively with clients and collaborate with colleagues through virtual meetings and telehealth platforms. We operate Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions to encourage clients to share experiences, build connections, and learn from one another.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized and empathetic one-on-one counseling, exploring clients' thoughts and feelings, and developing actionable coping strategies to promote healing.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized and outcome-focused treatment plans tailored to their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Assess and evaluate client progress through various feedback mechanisms and assessment tools to ensure therapeutic goals are met.

Your primary focus will be on young adults facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties. You will foster a safe and respectful environment that empowers clients to express themselves and progress towards recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
