Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess progress, plan upcoming appointments, and ensure a smooth transition to discharge when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans that consider the unique needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including comprehensive progress notes for each session.

• Performing intake assessments to gather necessary background information and guiding clients toward appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Conducting weekly individual therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.

• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

While it's mandatory to have at least one year of relevant experience, candidates with additional experience or specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family therapy will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n
