Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to determine their mental health needs, identifying goals and appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions to guide clients through a spectrum of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, focusing on resolving conflicts, improving communication, and strengthening relationships.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate client goals and setting measurable objectives for progress.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing urgent mental health challenges, ensuring timely and effective relief.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and measures of treatment efficacy, in line with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
