Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients entering the Detox Center, identifying emotional, social, and psychological factors influencing their treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and other healthcare providers, ensuring objectives align with recovery goals.

• Offer continuous emotional support and counseling throughout the recovery process, assisting clients in coping with the challenges associated with detoxification.

• Facilitate client access to essential community resources, such as support groups and rehabilitation programs, to promote ongoing recovery and support.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect any changes in condition or needs while documenting observations accurately in electronic health records (EHR).

• Engage in conflict resolution among family members and foster communication, guiding families in understanding the detox process and their roles in client care.

• Provide education on addiction-related issues, recovery strategies, and community resources to empower clients and their families.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on care strategies with the interdisciplinary team.

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements in all interactions and documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
