Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, focusing on their emotional, mental, and social well-being.

• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients, offering emotional support and guidance during their recovery process.

• Advocate for clients' rights and facilitate their access to necessary community resources, including rehabilitation programs and support groups.

• Monitor clients remotely through regular follow-ups to assess their progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
