Key Responsibilities\n

As a senior LMSW at our detox center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Administering various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, adjusting techniques to match individual patient needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations to uphold our high ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, to orchestrate cohesive treatment strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in New York State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
