Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, focusing on emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their recovery journey.

• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to develop individualized care plans, outlining specific goals and preferred methods of support.

• Provide counseling and emotional support to clients and their families, assisting in addressing challenges related to substance use and recovery.
\n
• Advocate for clients' rights, ensuring they have access to necessary resources, services, and community support systems for holistic recovery.

• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including addiction specialists and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Regularly visit clients, either virtually or in-person, to monitor progress, assess living conditions, and address any emerging concerns.

• Facilitate effective communication among family members involved in the client’s care, helping to resolve conflicts and foster support systems.

• Educate clients and their families about available resources, support groups, recovery programs, and aftercare options to enhance engagement and support.

• Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, including client assessments, care plans, and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory standards.

The primary focus of this role is on individuals undergoing detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders. You will work with a diverse population, addressing a range of challenges that these individuals face, from emotional and psychological hurdles to family dynamics and community reintegration. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
