Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, addressing their mental health needs through individual and group therapy.

• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify clients’ needs accurately and develop appropriate intervention strategies.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and provide immediate support to clients in need, ensuring a timely response to emergent situations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment planning, and progress to comply with organizational standards and best practices.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work closely with clients who are battling major mental illnesses and emotional disturbances, often within a diverse demographic. Experience in behavioral health within a detoxification setting is preferred.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
