Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will encompass a range of professional responsibilities designed to provide critical support to our clients:

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy and counseling services to clients, as well as group sessions tailored to their needs.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to collect, interpret, and synthesize social, personal, environmental, and health information critical to their treatment.

• Assess and address various emotional and behavioral health issues, facilitating crisis management and referring clients to external community resources when necessary.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans and programs that align with clients' social and emotional requirements.

• Build and nurture therapeutic relationships characterized by mutual respect, trust, and acceptance, ensuring clients feel secure and supported.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to maintain accurate records and track effectiveness of interventions.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, providing prompt, high-quality counseling to each of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and those facing behavioral health challenges, including substance abuse, mood disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Florida.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in providing clinical services, with an emphasis on mental health treatment.
