Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to determine the emotional, mental, and social needs of seniors and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on seniors facing various psychosocial challenges. This includes individuals dealing with aging-related concerns, chronic illnesses, or significant life changes. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
