Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our Detox Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health and substance use concerns of clients.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using tailored evidence-based treatment approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that set specific, measurable goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and modifying plans as needed.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and substance use counselors, to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

• Offering crisis intervention support, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans to address immediate client needs.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Facilitating psychoeducational groups that cover topics such as coping strategies, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation.

Your clients will include individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those affected by related mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or substance use disorder treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
