Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Renewed Harmony Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Documenting clinical records accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensuring confidentiality.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop cohesive care strategies for patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations, providing insights that contribute to the overall improvement of treatment quality.

• Offering psychoeducation to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources.

• Staying informed about the latest research and treatment methodologies in mental health to enrich your clinical practice.

• Maintaining a full caseload while ensuring patients meet their treatment goals, adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those recovering from substance use issues and patients dealing with co-occurring mental health conditions. Your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their recovery journeys, equipping them with coping strategies and emotional support through therapeutic practices and structured interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
