Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, tailoring interventions to suit individual needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other service providers, ensuring access to comprehensive support services.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions while effectively managing a caseload of clients.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote better outcomes.

• Participate in regular team meetings and committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Conduct crisis interventions and emergencies as they arise, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Ensure timely completion of required reports and data submissions aligned with organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on individuals from various backgrounds, including low-income families and vulnerable populations within Trenton and surrounding areas. You will be working with clients who experience a range of challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. As an LCSW, you will play a crucial role in empowering these individuals to achieve stability and improvement in their mental health, fostering resilience within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
