While most work will be conducted remotely, occasional in-person meetings or community outreach events may become necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools and individualized interviews.

• Collaborate with clients to develop actionable service plans that outline clear goals, interventions, and methods for progress monitoring, focusing on their unique circumstances and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The social worker will serve a diverse client population that includes individuals struggling with domestic violence, mental health disorders, substance use disorders, and socio-economic disadvantages. You will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals navigate their personal journeys towards healing and empowerment, ensuring they receive culturally competent and effective support tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
