Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and develop treatment plans for clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.

• Engage directly with clients through one-on-one therapy sessions, group therapy, and family support sessions, ensuring services align with clients' needs and goals.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, new treatment strategies, and shared responsibilities to enhance collaboration.

• Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments using evidence-based methodologies, following up with detailed evaluations as necessary.

• Create integrated care plans that facilitate access to resources and services; actively communicate and exchange information with clients, families, and other providers involved in care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, taking immediate action to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Monitor client admission processes, including adherence to treatment protocols and progression through treatment pathways, ensuring timely discharge planning.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing organizational systems for data submission.

• Be part of committees aimed at improving service quality and implementing best practices within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guiding Growth Social Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
