Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments via phone and video sessions, gathering information pertinent to each case.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate safety and support for clients in distress.

• Provide clients and their families with relevant resources and information, ensuring they are aware of available support services.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records for all client interactions, adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients you will serve range from children to adults facing various mental health and behavioral challenges, including those impacted by trauma, domestic violence, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, demonstrating proficiency in working with diverse populations.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• Strong foundational knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management within a clinical setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to articulate complex information clearly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
