Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by the formulation of personalized treatment plans that address specific issues.

• Provide ongoing therapy and support using various methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to assist clients in overcoming challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Facilitate timely documentation and maintain accurate notes in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring continuity and quality of care for each client.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers, supporting a holistic approach to patient care, and ensuring comprehensive treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, while providing regular check-ins and follow-up support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals facing mental health issues such as adjustment disorders, grief and loss, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Understanding the complexities of their situations will be crucial as you provide empathetic care and professional guidance tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the practice state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is a requirement.

• Strong proficiency in technology with a focus on EHR management systems to effectively record patient interactions and treatment plans.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for timely and clear documentation as well as patient interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote health care environment or community health clinic setting.

• Previous engagement in providing mental health therapies related to the following: grief/loss, personality disorders, stress management, and trauma recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
