Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and diagnose patients as necessary, evaluating their mental health status and the effectiveness of interventions using established instruments like the DSM-5.

• Create personalized treatment plans that respect cultural diversity, accommodating the unique needs of our patient population, and ensuring alignment with expected outcomes.

• Monitor patient progress continually, implementing strategies and interventions tailored to their specific mental health diagnoses.

• Document all clinical interactions thoroughly and accurately, maintaining up-to-date and compliant treatment records in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to formulate comprehensive treatment plans that address their immediate needs and long-term goals.

• Facilitate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and various healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
