Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to assess clients’ mental health concerns, identifying their strengths and challenges to inform appropriate interventions.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, while adapting approaches to meet clients' unique cultural backgrounds.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that detail client goals, interventions, and ongoing progress evaluation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers to create a unified care approach for each client.

• Be prepared to perform crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and providing immediate support for clients in acute distress.

• Actively advocate for clients, connecting them with community resources and providing essential case management services to support their recovery journey.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, cultural identities, and age groups. This role allows you to have a direct impact on the mental health and overall well-being of clients facing a range of challenges, from mild anxiety to severe emotional distress, fostering their growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A relevant master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
