Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services as a primary therapist for students dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, conducting both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to each student’s needs, working collaboratively with families and educators to ensure all involved parties understand the treatment approach.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to evaluate students’ needs, followed by referrals for additional services as necessary.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, employing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support during critical situations.

• Carry a manageable caseload, ensuring timely documentation and reporting of all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational guidelines.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development to share insights and strategies that enhance our therapeutic interventions and foster collaborative care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with a valid LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
