Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify the emotional, social, and financial needs of students and their families.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions addressing issues such as adjustment, grief, anxiety, and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare providers, to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of students.

• Coordinate post-discharge services, ensuring a seamless transition to community support resources that facilitate long-term care.

• Offer emotional support and educational workshops for students and their families to help navigate treatment options, community resources, and available support services.

• Participate in developing discharge plans, connecting students with appropriate community resources tailored to their specific situations.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to students and their families during critical situations.

• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
