Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of students and their families, ensuring tailored support for each individual case.

  Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that are reflective of clients' specific goals, providing structured paths for improvement and personal development.

  Be an outspoken advocate for clients' rights, ensuring access to necessary resources and addressing pressing social justice issues within the school community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers around supporting students from diverse backgrounds and their families, particularly those facing socio-economic challenges, trauma, or engagement with mental health issues. As an LCSW-C, you will address the complexities of adolescence and family dynamics, helping clients navigate the difficulties they encounter both in school and home environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus.
