Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the needs of clients across various life stages.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans reflecting their unique situations.

• Maintain complete and timely documentation in adherence to Maryland state regulations and Key Well Counseling policies, using electronic health record systems efficiently.

• Collaborate with internal staff, including case managers and educational personnel, and connect with external stakeholders such as psychiatrists and community organizations to coordinate holistic support.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision, participate in team meetings, and contribute to ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

• Advocate for clients’ needs, assisting in referrals to social services or wraparound care resources to ensure comprehensive support.

• Uphold ethical practices aligned with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and Maryland Board standards.
