This position is remote, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home, while still being an integral part of our clinical team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and social backgrounds, focusing on developing personalized treatment goals.

• Conduct in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs and create detailed, individualized treatment plans using therapeutic best practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Maryland state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and community organizations, ensuring comprehensive care for your clients.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to collective service improvement.

• Serve as an advocate for clients, assisting them with referrals to social services or wraparound care, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Qualifications\n
