This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to deliver high-quality mental health services to students from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your extensive training and expertise to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and form independent diagnoses for each student in your caseload.

• Work closely with students to co-create individualized treatment plans that are centered around their specific needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as solution-focused treatment, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to drive effective outcomes.

• Facilitate collaboration with other professionals—including school psychologists, counselors, and external healthcare providers—to ensure comprehensive support for students.

• Actively monitor and document students' progress towards their treatment goals, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize their development.

• Assist with medication management by coordinating with providers to ensure adherence and effectiveness of prescribed psychotropic medications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with students who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related symptoms. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.

• A minimum of one year of experience working as an independently licensed therapist, specifically with children or adolescents preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
