Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate students’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviews.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Document clinical records meticulously, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to create a holistic support system around each student, facilitating the integration of mental health strategies into academic settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with children and adolescents in the Yuma school district, addressing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma. By creating a safe and trusting therapeutic environment, you will empower young individuals and their families to better understand and navigate their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current and valid LCSW license issued by the state of Arizona, without any disciplinary actions.

• Proven experience in clinical social work, particularly in settings involving children and adolescents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse populations.

• Capability of effectively utilizing technology tools and platforms for remote work and telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
