Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Care of Soul Psychological Wellness, you will engage with a variety of clients, primarily students dealing with a range of mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the specific mental health needs of students and developing tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.

• Delivering a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and adapting your approach based on the individual needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate, detailed clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other pertinent guidelines to protect client confidentiality.

• Collaborating closely with other mental health professionals, educators, and administrative staff to ensure an integrated approach to the wellbeing of students.

• Participating actively in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to ongoing professional development and enhanced treatment quality.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Staying current on the latest developments in mental health research and practices, and incorporating new knowledge into your clinical work.

Qualifications\n
