This role offers an entirely remote work setting that empowers you to create your own flexible schedule within a Monday through Friday framework, with the option for weekend availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to promote mental well-being.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking client progress, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients via secure telehealth platforms, adjusting treatment approaches based on individual progress and feedback.

• Participate in professional development opportunities, including training sessions and interdisciplinary team meetings, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Maintain a strong ethical framework in all clinical practices, adhering to confidentiality and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide services primarily to adults aged 18 and older, including members of minority and diverse populations. We are especially seeking clinicians who are sensitive to the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and can address men's mental health issues, though this experience is preferred rather than required. Your expertise will help foster an inclusive environment, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.

• At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting.

• Professional malpractice insurance is required for practice.

• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy to adults, particularly around diverse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually.
