Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Document client progress and treatment interventions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse range of clients within the Yuma, Arizona community and beyond, addressing various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your work will significantly impact clients’ lives, helping them navigate their challenges towards healthier outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and unrestricted licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates must be able to practice independently without supervision.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health evaluation and treatment planning processes.
\n
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
\n
• Proficiency with technology and telehealth platforms for virtual client engagement.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

• Experience working with a diverse client population, including children, adults, and families.

• Familiarity with Medicaid and private insurance billing processes is a plus.

• Competitive salary ranging between USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
