Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as an LCSW will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient and developing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based approaches.

• Delivering psychotherapy services incorporating various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques tailored to address specific patient concerns.

• Maintaining compliant and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will engage with primarily include individuals in detoxification from substance use, alongside those facing co-occurring mental health disorders. You will play a pivotal role in helping these patients navigate their challenges through a comprehensive treatment plan that fosters resilience, recovery, and overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of three years' clinical experience focusing on providing psychotherapy and support within a mental health or substance use context.
