Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychological and emotional well-being, which may include interviews and standardised testing to determine needs and treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to drive positive client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress and interactions, complying with ethical standards and legal regulations to uphold client privacy.

• Regularly collaborate with a skilled team of therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals, participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress and adapt care strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
