Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, to students dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring timely delivery of therapy sessions and follow-up care.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, applying appropriate techniques to manage acute situations effectively.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to coordinate care and monitor progress toward treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
