Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for students presenting with significant mental health concerns, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring a focus on each client's unique needs and goals.

• Provide direct services, including individual, group, and family therapy, adapting methods to suit diverse client backgrounds and developmental stages.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to align treatment strategies with educational objectives.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
