Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual or telephonic educational support to identified patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and procedures.

• Serve as the primary contact for patients and healthcare professionals, facilitating communication and addressing concerns effectively.

• Assess patients' support needs and preferred interaction methods to deliver personalized and seamless care experiences.

• Educate patients on program policies and document all interactions accurately in clinical records.

In this role, you will primarily work with students who require mental health support in an educational setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
