Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Providing crisis intervention as needed, maintaining a calm and supportive demeanor while ensuring the safety and stability of clients in high-stress situations.

• Documenting all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment plans, to comply with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational staff to develop coordinated, effective care strategies.

• Educating clients and their families on practical coping mechanisms, communication skills, and self-care strategies that empower them to navigate challenges effectively.

• Participating in community outreach efforts to enhance awareness about mental health services and expand our network of referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele includes school-age children and adolescents facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.
