Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct age-appropriate and culturally sensitive bio-psychosocial assessments for students, evaluating their mental health, substance abuse, and medical needs within a primary care framework.

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health services that include individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and referral to substance use treatment resources.

• Document clinical information electronically to track progress, ensure compliance, and facilitate quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams.

• Act as a liaison to local community resources, assisting families in accessing educational, financial, and mental health support services, including medication assistance programs.

• Participate actively in quality assurance projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving overall patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
