Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique mental health challenges, developing individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to deliver effective therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide crisis intervention services, responding promptly and compassionately to clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
