Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments aimed at evaluating clients' mental health issues while identifying their strengths and challenges.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing culturally sensitive intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to ensure effectiveness in treatment.

• Develop detailed treatment plans that outline objectives, interventions, and how progress will be measured to keep clients on track.

Qualifications\n
