Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their strengths, challenges, and areas where support is needed.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing therapeutic interventions to align with clients' unique circumstances, backgrounds, and cultural considerations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Develop and implement structured treatment plans that outline specific goals, evidence-based interventions, and mechanisms for monitoring client progress.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists to create comprehensive and coordinated care plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services including risk assessments, safety planning, and immediate support during acute episodes.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them to community resources, offering case management support as required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
