You will be compensated as a W2 employee, with access to a fully furnished office space should you prefer in-person interactions occasionally. Our organization uses a modern Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to enhance clinical workflows, maintaining high standards for documentation and client management.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy, employing best practices and evidence-based techniques to facilitate clients’ progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect clients’ goals and needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment-related activities in the EMR system.

• Schedule ongoing client appointments, ensuring a well-organized calendar that accommodates therapeutic needs.

• Engage in regular collaboration with team members, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals and couples from various age groups, backgrounds, and clinical presentations, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. As an LCSW at Key Mental Health & Wellness Center LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with clients facing diverse challenges, allowing you the opportunity to utilize and expand your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.

• Demonstrated professionalism, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills are essential to thrive in this role.

• Availability for a full-time commitment of at least 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 2 evenings to accommodate client scheduling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing therapy to couples, as well as a strong foundation in techniques for resolving relational challenges, will be highly regarded.

• Familiarity with billing processes, insurance claims, and best practices in client financial management is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
